Global Partnerships Lead – FinTech & Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Global Partnerships Lead to drive high‑value commercial negotiations and expand our international partner network from Singapore. This role sits at the heart of a fast‑growing fintech organisation, shaping strategic alliances across financial services, digital platforms and ecosystem partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global partnership strategies across fintech, financial services and related ecosystems.
• Identify, engage and manage strategic partners including media platforms, financial institutions, fintech firms and industry communities.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering partnership structures, pricing, contracts and long‑term collaborations.
• Build and maintain a robust network of partners, suppliers and stakeholders in priority markets.
• Evaluate partnership effectiveness, ROI and commercial value to optimise investment decisions.
• Collaborate with regional teams to strengthen local partnership networks and share best practices.
• Act as a key stakeholder in cross‑border business development and strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships or alliance management within fintech, payments or financial services.
• Experience managing regional or global partnership ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen with success in negotiating complex agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international markets and cultures.
• Understanding of fintech ecosystems and partnership‑led growth models.
• Singapore‑based professional with regional or international market exposure.
