About the role
Join the hospitality team at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore as a Guest Service Expert – Server. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service in a luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to service standards.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and supplies.
- Handle menu information, verify items, and assist guests with menu questions.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate varied surfaces safely.
