Head of Business Operations – APAC

About the role

You will play a pivotal role in evolving the Asia region’s operating model into a strong, future‑focused foundation. The leader will oversee cross‑functional programs spanning finance, operations, organization and technology, while managing a team of project managers and data analysts to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of the Asia operating model, establishing a resilient, scalable framework aligned with the company’s long‑term vision.
• Conduct financial analyses, partner with Finance to identify revenue‑generating and cost‑saving opportunities, and support data‑driven decision making.
• Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional projects, define scopes, timelines and deliverables, and manage risks to achieve measurable improvements.
• Utilize data analytics to create dashboards, reports and predictive models, championing new data tools and technologies.
• Mentor and develop a team of project managers and analysts, fostering a collaborative culture of innovation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, regional stakeholders and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of new platforms and processes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting or business transformation, preferably in logistics or a high‑growth industry.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale, cross‑functional transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong financial acumen with hands‑on experience in cost‑benefit analysis, ROI modeling and partnering with Finance.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale operating models, workflows, KPIs and SLAs across multi‑country organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing senior executives and regional leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
