Head of HR

About the role

Dyson is seeking a senior HR leader to shape and execute the people strategy across its global functions. Reporting to the Global HR Director, the Head of HR will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, driving organisational effectiveness, talent strategy and transformation initiatives that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver workforce planning, succession, leadership development and performance management programmes.
• Lead organisational design and effectiveness projects to align structures and ways of working with evolving business priorities.
• Drive large‑scale transformation, change and restructuring initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Coach and influence leaders to build high‑performing, inclusive teams aligned with Dyson’s values.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Reward, Employee Relations and regional HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions globally.
• Provide governance across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies, legal requirements and best‑practice frameworks across multiple markets.
• Leverage workforce analytics and talent data to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a global, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong advisory capability with executive and senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated success in organisational design, transformation and change management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a focus on inclusive culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
