Head of HR - Manufacturing

About the role

The Head of HR will lead the human resources function for a fast‑growing manufacturing group in Singapore, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the executive leadership team. This senior position combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution to shape people and culture strategies that support rapid expansion and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated HR strategy aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.
• Drive large‑scale talent acquisition and workforce planning to support an anticipated three‑fold growth.
• Oversee all HR domains including talent management, organisational development, HR operations, performance management, total rewards, succession planning and leadership development.
• Shape and embed a high‑performance culture, fostering employee engagement, accountability and collaboration.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience in complex, multinational organisations, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of leading HR transformation programmes, operational excellence initiatives and large‑scale recruitment drives.
• Experience managing a diverse workforce that includes blue‑collar employees.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a hands‑on approach, capable of acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team.
