Head of Organic Marketing

About the role

MoneySmart, Southeast Asia’s leading personal finance platform, is transitioning from a comparison site to a personalised financial companion. We need a senior leader to own and scale our organic acquisition strategy across Singapore and Hong Kong, turning SEO and AI‑driven search into a core revenue engine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional organic marketing strategy with full commercial accountability for user growth and revenue.
• Own end‑to‑end SEO for Singapore and provide strategic oversight for Hong Kong, including technical optimisation, content briefing and performance measurement.
• Integrate SEO, content, organic social signals, referral loops and on‑site mechanics into a unified acquisition system.
• Build MoneySmart’s authority on emerging AI‑mediated search surfaces (e.g., ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini) and define metrics for these channels.
• Lead and mentor the Singapore organic team while influencing standards and priorities across both markets.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Organic Marketing to ensure seamless integration of organic acquisition and content functions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketer with a proven track record of driving organic growth in a digital‑first environment.
• Commercial mindset with experience linking organic performance to revenue outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the evolving AI‑driven search landscape and its impact on discovery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of acting as a player‑coach.

Required skills

• Expertise in SEO strategy, technical optimisation and content planning.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven search platforms and generative search optimisation.
• Ability to analyse data, set KPIs and report on organic performance.
