Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC & Middle East

About the role

Capco is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to head its recruitment function across APAC and the Middle East. You will shape regional hiring strategy, partner with business leaders, and drive senior‑level hiring initiatives while representing Capco’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional talent acquisition strategy aligned with Capco30 growth priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed recruitment team, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Conduct hands‑on searches for senior and business‑critical roles.
• Streamline recruitment processes to ensure high‑quality candidate and hiring‑manager experiences.
• Leverage recruitment technology, data and responsible AI to improve speed and efficiency.
• Manage agencies and external partners, optimizing commercial terms and controlling costs.
• Own regional recruitment reporting, analytics and budgets, using data to drive decisions.

Required profile

• Extensive talent acquisition experience with leadership across multiple APAC countries.
• Proven track record recruiting in consulting, financial services, technology or digital environments.
• Experience leading and coaching remote or geographically dispersed recruitment teams.
• Professional fluency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
