About the role
This position supports a leading private healthcare provider in Singapore by partnering with business leaders on all HR matters. You will help shape policies, manage employee relations and drive engagement across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on HR policies, employee relations and employment matters.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support performance management, grievance handling and employee exit procedures.
- Review, update and implement HR policies and process improvements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR programmes.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
