HR Generalist – Construction (West) – Up to S$4,000 + Benefits

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our construction operations in the West region of Singapore. The role involves full‑cycle HR administration, payroll processing, and foreign worker management within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Prepare HR documents, employment records, and monthly HR reports.
• Process monthly payroll, consolidate overtime, leave, allowances and generate payroll reports.
• Administer medical claims, insurance matters and employee reimbursements.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, new‑hire documentation and coordinate off‑boarding.
• Support performance appraisals, staff retention initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate training programmes, Skills Development Fund applications and maintain development records.
• Serve as the HR point of contact for employee and foreign worker enquiries, handling work passes, accommodation records and welfare matters.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in the construction industry.
• Hands‑on experience with full spectrum foreign worker administration, including work passes and employee records.
• Proven experience in payroll processing, recruitment and general HR administration.

• Salary range SGD 3,500 – 4,000 per month (basic) plus variable bonus.
• Five‑day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
