HR Generalist – Expat Management (Hybrid, Central Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join a reputable Japanese multinational engineering firm in Singapore. The role focuses on expatriate management and core HR functions, operating in a hybrid setup within the central business district.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes, including monthly payroll for local and expatriate staff.
• Handle CPF contributions, bank submissions, and work‑pass applications and renewals.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, health screenings and wellness programmes.
• Prepare statutory filings such as IR8A, NS Make‑Up Pay and government‑paid leave claims.
• Coordinate training sessions and organise HR‑related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on expatriate management and payroll.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements.

Required skills

• MINTS SAP (preferred for payroll processing).
