Human Resources Manager

About the role

HUB Distributors is undergoing a major transformation and needs a hands‑on HR Manager to lead the evolution of its people function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape HR strategy, build capability and ensure compliance as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits and employee relations.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies that align with Singapore employment law.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development and change‑management initiatives.
• Support managers in handling employee issues and drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data and produce basic HR analytics for decision‑making.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 2‑3 years managing a team or function independently.
• Proven track record leading HR through restructuring, transformation or rapid growth.
• Strong judgment in difficult people decisions such as performance management, restructuring and terminations.
• Experience building HR capability from the ground up or professionalising an existing function.
