Identity and Access Management Consultant - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to lead Digital Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. You will work with a range of IAM solutions and help clients define strategies, design architectures, and implement secure identity services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end IAM projects using solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping Identity, and Okta.
• Define IAM strategies, frameworks, and target operating models aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Design IAM architectures covering IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation, and directory services, incorporating Zero Trust and cloud transformation principles.
• Develop technical blueprints, patterns, and reference architectures for hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system specifications and governance plans.
• Customize IDM product functionality when standard features do not meet client needs.
• Write and maintain project documentation, provide platform stability solutions, and support enhancements.
• Assist sales and business development teams with technical expertise.

Required profile

• Strong experience with IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Okta).
• Proven ability to design IAM architectures and develop governance frameworks.
• Understanding of regulatory environments affecting identity management and security compliance.
• Hands‑on programming/scripting experience in Java and JavaScript for customization and integration.
• Experience delivering projects in hybrid or multi‑cloud settings.
