Indoor Sales Executive – Marine Spare Parts

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Indoor Sales Executive to drive growth of our marine spare parts business. You will work closely with ship managers, trading companies and direct customers, delivering accurate quotations and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle parts inquiries from ship managers, trading companies and direct customers.
• Source marine spare parts, calculate competitive pricing and prepare accurate quotations.
• Proactively follow up on quotations to secure sales and build customer trust.
• Process confirmed orders, issue supplier purchase orders and coordinate global shipments.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients to drive repeat business.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marine spare parts sales or purchasing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and spoken English for global client and supplier communication.

Required skills

• Knowledge of marine boilers and burners (Aalborg, Oilon, Volcano, Mitsubishi, Gestra, Danfoss).
• Familiarity with electrical components (Siemens, ABB), valves, pumps and controllers.
