International Logistics Specialist – Southeast Asia

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on International Logistics Specialist to support and optimise our overseas logistics operations across Southeast Asia. The role will involve managing end‑to‑end import/export processes for food ingredients, packaging materials and equipment, while travelling within the region to provide on‑site coordination as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end import/export operations, including shipment booking, documentation and delivery coordination with freight forwarders.
• Manage customs and cross‑border procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely clearance.
• Source, evaluate and manage logistics vendors, negotiate quotations and monitor service quality.
• Track shipments from origin to destination, provide updates and resolve exceptions such as delays or documentation gaps.
• Verify freight costs, process invoices and support monthly logistics expense control.
• Analyse logistics data (cost, lead time, exceptions) to identify improvement opportunities and drive process standardisation and digitalisation.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in international logistics or cross‑border operations.
• Hands‑on experience in freight forwarder management.
• Experience with customs clearance is preferred.
