Investigation Officer (Compliance & Enforcement)

About the role

The Investigation Officer will join the CPF team to conduct thorough, impartial investigations and audits related to compliance and claims. You will help protect the interests of millions of members by ensuring employers meet contribution requirements and by addressing non‑compliance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits on employers to verify compliance with contribution obligations.
• Investigate non‑compliance incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Enforce employee contribution requirements and recover outstanding payments.
• Travel to various workplaces to perform investigations and resolve compliance matters.
• Facilitate voluntary self‑rectification processes with employers.
• Manage and investigate whistleblower reports, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations, audits, and enforcement actions.

Required profile

• Experience in audits, investigations, or enforcement activities.
• Strong analytical ability to identify issues, interpret data, and develop solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
• High attention to detail in evidence gathering and documentation.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
