IT Executive – Desktop Support & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an IT Executive to join our Tampines headquarters and provide first‑line desktop support while monitoring the overall IT infrastructure. The role is on‑site and may involve occasional travel to our Changi Airport office, duty‑free retail stores and 3PL warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1 desktop support and resolve incidents on a 24x7 basis.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, capacity, hardware and OS errors.
• Create, modify and terminate email accounts and system access rights for new and exiting employees.
• Prepare, issue and maintain IT hardware according to job functions.
• Log file monitoring, proactive housekeeping and vendor coordination.
• Escalate incidents to higher levels when required and follow standard operating procedures for service requests.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties or projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• University degree in a computer‑related field or 1‑2 years of IT support experience.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.

• Windows Server 2008/2012.
• Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL databases.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Visual Studio .NET (VB/C#).
