Junior Recruiter – Executive Search & Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support our executive search and talent acquisition team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop a career in recruitment while working closely with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to capture team requirements, project needs, and hiring expectations.
• Source candidates via job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess experience, career goals, and role fit.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market outreach.
• Provide market insights such as salary benchmarks and hiring trends.
• Keep recruitment activity records up‑to‑date in the internal system.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment, business development, or client‑facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
