Junior Sports Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sports Retail Sales Associate to join a leading sports retail brand in Singapore. The role involves engaging customers, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve individual targets, KPIs and store performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and enquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and recommend suitable items.
• Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment and sales‑floor management.
• Ensure products are correctly checked, labelled, priced and displayed according to standards.
• Monitor stock availability, product quality and sizes/styles on the floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
• Operate retail POS systems and adhere to company policies, safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail experience (advantageous).
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Good problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit to stand, walk and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
