Lead Client Partner (Agency) – Greater China Region

About the role

As a Lead Client Partner (Agency) for the Greater China Region, you will drive Pinterest’s ecosystem growth by managing and expanding relationships with agency and reseller partners. You will act as the primary liaison, providing strategic support and resources that enable partners to increase revenue and deepen collaboration with Pinterest.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel commercial strategies to grow beyond existing service segments.
• Build and nurture relationships with flagship agency partners in Greater China, identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to design joint marketing and sales initiatives.
• Conduct regular business reviews, monitor sales performance metrics, and implement improvement plans.
• Lead a team of vendor account managers, providing coaching and guidance.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new growth avenues.
• Translate partner data into actionable insights and compelling stories.
• Track and report key metrics to measure partner performance and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing agency or reseller partnerships in the Greater China market.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across multicultural environments.
• Leadership experience overseeing account management teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product, marketing, and sales teams.
