Legal Associate – Litigation (Singapore)

About the role

Join CHAPTR Consulting as a Legal Associate and work on a variety of civil litigation and dispute resolution matters. You will collaborate closely with senior lawyers, gaining hands‑on experience in case preparation, client meetings, negotiations and court proceedings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and assist with civil litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, documentation and correspondence.
• Support case preparation, client meetings, negotiations and court‑related activities.
• Work closely with senior lawyers to gain exposure to a broad range of litigation matters.
• Take on increasing responsibility as experience develops.

Required profile

• Singapore‑qualified lawyer or a candidate in the process of completing legal qualification.
• Fresh graduates, newly qualified lawyers, and candidates with 3–5 years PQE are welcome.
• Interest in civil litigation, personal injury, medical negligence, insurance or related disputes is advantageous.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical abilities.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
