Legal Consultant – Insurance & Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Consultant with expertise in insurance and financial services to provide legal support to a Fortune 500 client. The role involves delivering practical advice, drafting contracts, and managing regulatory matters across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice on corporate and insurance/reinsurance matters across the region.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and related legal documents.
• Support business stakeholders such as HR, Tech, and Risk with day‑to‑day legal queries and projects.
• Assist with legal risk assessment, regulatory matters, and other ad‑hoc legal initiatives.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years post‑qualification experience, with more experienced candidates welcome.
• Experience in the insurance/reinsurance sector or financial services.
• Ability to work independently and engage directly with business stakeholders.
