About the role
This permanent position offers a rare opportunity to join an established legal team within a leading manufacturing organisation headquartered in Singapore. The role primarily oversees legal matters for India while providing occasional support across other Southeast Asian countries.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean, Indian and other Southeast Asian regulations.
- Provide legal support to regional operations and business units.
- Advise on corporate governance and risk management matters.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of post‑qualification legal experience (PQE) in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Qualified lawyer with a valid practising licence.
- Strong understanding of commercial law across Singapore, India and SEA jurisdictions.
