Management Consultant - Finance Transformation

About the role

As a Management Consultant in Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value team, you will partner with finance leaders to drive large‑scale finance transformation initiatives. The role focuses on redesigning finance operating models, optimizing processes and building digital capabilities that improve decision‑making, performance management and enterprise value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end finance transformation projects, including operating model design, process optimisation and capability uplift.
• Collaborate with client finance functions such as record‑to‑report, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, FP&A and management reporting.
• Conduct current‑state assessments and design future‑state finance processes aligned with business objectives.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Analyse financial and operational data to generate insights for decision‑making.
• Work with technology, data and change teams to enable successful transformation outcomes.
• Support project delivery activities, including documentation, stakeholder engagement and progress tracking.
• Build strong relationships within Accenture and with client teams.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in finance transformation, finance consulting or finance advisory roles.
• Hands‑on experience in finance process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Prior experience in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of core finance functions and end‑to‑end finance processes.
• Ability to structure problems, analyse data and communicate insights clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
