Management Trainee

About the role

The Management Trainee program at Pullman Singapore Orchard offers a 12‑month structured training journey across key hotel functions. Trainees rotate through Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Housekeeping departments, gaining hands‑on experience and a broad understanding of hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program with rotations across multiple departments.
• Attend workshops, mandatory training sessions, and in‑house learning opportunities.
• Assist managers and supervisors on projects, supporting planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Contribute to data‑driven decision‑making by analysing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different roles and responsibilities throughout the program.
• Take ownership of personal and professional development, seeking feedback and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in hospitality.
