About the role

Join FREEMEN ASIA PACIFIC as a Management Trainee and work directly with the Managing Director. You will receive comprehensive, hands‑on training across sales, procurement, projects and operations within the footwear retail business.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Managing Director and support various departments as needed.
  • Participate in training programmes covering sales, procurement, project management and operations.
  • Set performance goals in consultation with management and monitor progress.
  • Take on additional projects to gain broader business exposure.

Required profile

  • Strong team player who can also work independently.
  • Outgoing, confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Eager to learn and tackle new challenges.
