Manager, Digital Platforms & Community

About the role

The Office of Alumni Relations at NUS seeks a proactive Manager to lead the adoption and engagement of its Alumni CRM and Community Platform. You will design onboarding experiences, foster a vibrant digital community, and act as the bridge between users and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver onboarding programs and training materials for the Alumni CRM and Community Platform.
• Conduct regular workshops for staff and alumni, maintain user guides, FAQs and best‑practice documentation.
• Monitor adoption metrics and identify training or support gaps.
• Serve as primary Community Manager, creating engagement strategies, moderating content and supporting alumni inquiries.
• Gather user feedback, document pain points and collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, test new features and oversee seamless roll‑outs of upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems administration, user training, community management or digital platform management.
• Proven experience working with CRM systems and managing online community platforms.

Required skills

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master new software platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly training material.
• Experience in community moderation and engagement strategy.
