Manufacturing Operator I – Cleanroom Production

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I to join its cleanroom production team at GSD 7 Gul Circle. You will work on the GeneChip® probe array line, setting up and operating equipment while ensuring the highest quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Follow ISO 13485:2003 and 21 CFR Part 820 requirements and report any non‑compliance.
• Handle, store, and dispose of chemicals safely according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, use PPE correctly, and report spills or incidents immediately.
• Communicate tool downtime, product defects, or safety concerns to Manufacturing Engineers and Team Leaders.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (NTC) in an engineering‑related field.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on production experience in wafer fabrication or photolithography, or willingness to work in a cleanroom on a 12‑hour rotating shift.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and SOPs.
