Manufacturing Test Technician (MF)

About the role

As a Manufacturing Test Technician you will work hands‑on in a clean‑room environment building, repairing and testing high‑value display and wafer‑fabrication equipment. You will ensure that electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies meet strict performance standards, supporting the production of chips and advanced displays used worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams and parts lists to assemble, repair or test equipment.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, vacuum, pneumatic and sub‑assemblies.
• Receive parts, conduct audits, inspect for defects and suggest process improvements.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement tools, leak detectors and vacuum pumps to verify functionality.
• Document work progress, labor details and expenses; perform computer programming, repairs or software installations when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in semiconductor or display equipment manufacturing, or comparable technical background.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision in a clean‑room setting.
