Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist to support the Marketing Manager at Miraco Nutripharm. The role blends on‑ground marketing operations with full‑stack digital performance, helping the company reach its mission of relieving pain for billions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta (Advantage+ Shopping, Catalog Ads, retargeting) and Google (Performance Max, Search) to drive traffic to Shopify and marketplace stores.
• Develop full‑funnel creative strategies for B2C and B2B audiences, conduct A/B tests and optimise for CTR and ROAS.
• Implement and maintain a standardized UTM tagging system across ads, EDMs, WhatsApp blasts and affiliate links for accurate attribution in GA4 and Shopify.
• Manage ad‑spend budgets, scaling winning creatives and reducing CPA on under‑performing assets.
• Lead end‑to‑end content production, including video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) and static creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada and other platforms.
• Write high‑converting copy for ads, landing pages and social captions while respecting healthcare regulations.
• Utilise generative AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate creative generation.
• Support regional roll‑outs and localisation for Southeast Asia and Greater China markets.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing performance campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Proven ability to optimise e‑commerce storefronts on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada or TikTok.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking metrics in GA4 and Shopify.
• Creative mindset with experience producing video and static assets quickly.
