Marketing Director – Luxury Travel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to shape the brand, drive growth and engage high‑value customers for a leading luxury travel business. This senior leadership position reports directly to the CEO and will define the marketing vision that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, aligning with business goals and growth targets.
• Define market positioning and identify opportunities to strengthen presence in the luxury travel sector.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaigns and resources efficiently.
• Own and protect the brand across all customer touchpoints, creating compelling premium content.
• Lead PR, communications and brand‑building initiatives.
• Drive digital marketing across SEO, SEM, social media and oversee website development.
• Create engaging digital content to boost brand awareness, acquisition and engagement.
• Design and manage CRM strategies, email marketing and targeted promotions to improve retention.
• Collaborate with product teams on travel experience campaigns and loyalty programmes.
• Partner with business development on strategic collaborations, events and experiential marketing.
• Monitor performance through analytics, using data to refine strategies.
• Build, lead and develop the marketing team, including digital and CRM functions.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, CRM and customer engagement.
• Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, premium retail or similar high‑end service industries is highly advantageous.
• Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of how marketing drives revenue and business growth.
