Marketing Director – Real Estate & Hospitality

About the role

A regional premium workspace operator expanding its footprint across APAC is seeking a Marketing Director to lead full‑funnel marketing initiatives, boost brand awareness and drive commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional APAC marketing strategy to generate qualified demand, pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
• Own full‑funnel digital performance across paid search, paid social, SEO and lead generation, managing budgets, metrics and optimisation.
• Oversee content creation, partnerships, events, PR, agency relationships and go‑to‑market plans for new location launches.
• Collaborate with global marketing, APAC leadership, sales, general managers and operations to align local market insights with commercial decisions.
• Lead and coach a lean regional team, balancing strategic direction with hands‑on execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in a regional, multi‑market capacity.
• Proven track record of digital performance marketing driving revenue, pipeline and customer acquisition.
• Willingness to travel across APAC regularly and occasionally to the US.
