Marketing Manager – APAC (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our APAC marketing efforts from Singapore. In this hands‑on role you will translate business priorities into high‑impact campaigns, client experiences and measurable growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and client portfolio managers to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable marketing plans.
• Adapt global marketing and investment content to local markets to support client acquisition and retention.
• Manage the region’s social media and digital presence, and execute client events, conferences and brand merchandising.
• Collaborate with investment, content, communications, compliance and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Provide senior stakeholders with evidence‑based recommendations, market feedback and competitive intelligence.
• Utilise CRM, AI and analytics platforms to measure performance, optimise spend and generate actionable insights for sales teams.
• Oversee marketing‑related database management and turn data into strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in investment marketing, digital media, event management or client engagement.
• Strong understanding of the investment, asset‑management or wealth‑management industry.
• Proven ability to turn investment insights into engaging, channel‑specific content.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter with an ownership mindset and willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Marketing automation and campaign analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Marketing Cloud).
• Data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Business intelligence tools like Power BI.
