Marketing Manager – B2B Pipeline & ABM Specialist

About the role

Our client, a software development company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to partner closely with sales and drive pipeline growth across Mining, Oil & Gas, and Energy (Utilities) sectors. This hands‑on role will own campaign execution, leverage data for strategic decisions, and directly influence revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Activate pipeline in Mining and Oil & Gas by designing and executing account‑level campaigns.
• Collaborate with global sales leads to conduct account research, support outbound sequences, amplify content, coordinate events, and manage HubSpot workflows for named accounts.
• Build and maintain target account lists, run multi‑touch ABM campaigns, and provide real‑time attribution reports.
• Utilise AI tools daily to enhance research, content creation, and campaign automation within a governed system.
• Analyse pipeline data, identify deal stalls, and recommend marketing actions to accelerate closures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with enterprise deals > $100K and sales cycles of 6+ months.
• Hands‑on HubSpot proficiency: list building, sequence setup, campaign creation, tracking configuration, and reporting.
• AI‑first working habits: daily use of AI tools, strong prompting skills, and integration of AI into research and workflow processes.
• Commercial instinct to read pipeline metrics and act as a strategic partner to sales.
• Experience in regulated, asset‑intensive sectors (Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining) is a plus but not required.
