Marketing Specialist – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across e‑marketplaces, paid media, social, content, creator partnerships and livestream commerce. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will coordinate day‑to‑day workstreams, ensure timely delivery and provide performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across e‑marketplaces, digital paid media, social, content, creator partnerships and livestream commerce.
• Translate client briefs into detailed campaign plans, timelines and actionable workstreams.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines and dependencies across internal teams and external partners.
• Perform quality assurance before launch and monitor campaign performance.
• Identify optimization opportunities and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
• Prepare campaign reports, post‑campaign insights and maintain best‑practice documentation.
• Collaborate with designers, creators and KOLs to deliver on brand briefs.
• Support budgeting, billing processes and improve internal workflows.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital or integrated marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work independently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with marketplace advertising platforms such as Lazada, Shopee or TikTok Shop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
