Mobile Application Developer – AI Neobank App

About the role

KIRA is building an AI‑powered neobank app that combines insurance, payments, savings and investing in a single mobile experience. We are looking for an Android engineer who can create clean, fast, and reliable user flows for real customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Create intuitive mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs and ensure stability, security and reliability of mobile interactions.
• Optimize app performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and production issue data to continuously improve the product.
• Implement AI‑assisted experiences only when they add genuine value to the user journey.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in Android architecture and a track record of shipping production apps.
• Attention to mobile UX, edge cases and overall product quality.
• Proactive ownership, fast execution and a passion for building next‑generation financial products.
