About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in OpenText AppWorks development and knowledge in business and systems analysis and data engineering to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing scalable data solutions, and developing workflow‑driven applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders across global environments to deliver secure, high‑quality technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and manage requirement traceability.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and performance‑tuning activities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets to aid business decision‑making.
• Design, develop, and configure enterprise workflow applications using OpenText AppWorks.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, enhancement, and maintenance of AppWorks solutions.
• Perform application performance optimization and environment migration activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capabilities with hands‑on development experience.
• Proven data integration expertise.
• Ability to work closely with business, architecture, and delivery teams across global environments.
