About the role
ALNA FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Manager to oversee its island‑wide operations in Singapore. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, accurate reporting, and maintaining high standards across the business.
Key responsibilities
- May be assigned to work night shift as needed.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational results.
- Create and implement standards while holding team members accountable.
- Oversee overall business performance and processes.
- Multi‑task and deliver timely reporting.

- Independent and fast learner.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong problem‑solving skills to resolve issues and disputes.
