Operator 4 – Production Control & Equipment Handling

About the role
Skyworks is seeking an Operator 4 to support its high‑performance analog semiconductor production. The role involves simple production control tasks and hands‑on equipment operation within a cleanroom environment, contributing to the wireless networking revolution.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize daily production demands for each piece of equipment.
- Load and unload parts into manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain good housekeeping and workstation practices.
- Perform basic simultaneous work to maximize manning ratio.
- Complete any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Ability to work a rotating 12‑hour 4‑day/3‑night shift schedule.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom and stand for long periods.
- Compliance with cleanroom attire requirements (jumpsuit, smock, PPE).
