About the role
Skyworks is seeking an Operator 4 (SFS) to support its high‑performance analog semiconductor production. The role involves simple production‑control tasks in a fast‑paced, cleanroom environment, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and daily demand priorities are met.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize daily production demands for each piece of equipment.
- Load and unload parts into equipment, maintaining steady workflow.
- Maintain good housekeeping and workstation practices to maximize manning ratio.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Required profile
- Willingness to work a 12‑hour rotating 4‑3 shift schedule.
- Ability to stand for long periods while performing duties.
- Comfort working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required protective apparel (jumpsuit, smock, PPE).
