Overseas Management Trainee – Marketing (Singapore)

About the role

The Transsion Overseas Management Trainee Program is designed for high‑potential fresh graduates (Class of 2026/2027) to develop into regional marketing leaders across emerging markets in Southeast Asia and South Asia. Based in Singapore, the role involves connecting, innovating and shaping the future of mobile technology in the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns across emerging markets in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
• Assist in end‑to‑end campaign management, from planning and approval to launch and post‑campaign review.
• Collaborate with product marketing, Marcom, digital marketing, e‑commerce operations and regional sales to align strategies and brand messaging.
• Support digital channel management, including social media, SEM and KOL partnerships, and track performance for optimisation.
• Help with marketing budget allocation, spend tracking and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Class of 2026/2027 graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Internship or campus project experience in marketing planning, brand communications, digital marketing or content operations.
• Strong interest in emerging consumer markets in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin; additional local language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with mainstream analytics tools.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva or Figma.
• Hands‑on experience operating social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
