Part-Time Barista & Service Crew Member

About the role

Join a vibrant specialty coffee team as a part-time Barista and Service Crew member. You’ll work across our flagship locations, serving customers and mastering coffee brewing techniques in a fast‑paced F&B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare specialty coffee drinks using hand‑pour drip and espresso extraction methods.
• Handle cashier duties, process payments and manage daily sales.
• Maintain inventory levels, place orders and receive stock deliveries.
• Support internal and external events, ensuring smooth service.
• Serve food and beverages, clear tables and keep the workspace clean.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required by the outlet manager.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic customer‑service attitude.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment to at least 50 hours per month and a minimum three‑month tenure.

Required skills

• Espresso extraction and hand‑pour drip brewing.
• Cashiering and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Inventory management.
