Patient Navigator / Staff Nurse – Health Screening

About the role

We are looking for a service‑oriented Patient Navigator / Staff Nurse to join our new health screening centre in Central Singapore. The role involves guiding patients through their visit, performing basic clinical measurements and supporting the smooth flow of the screening process.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, register and escort patients throughout their appointment.
• Take vital signs and conduct basic health measurements.
• Perform phlebotomy and visual acuity testing.
• Coordinate patient flow between screening stations.
• Handle payments and related administrative tasks.
• Assist patients who need additional guidance and ensure their safety, privacy and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nursing with a valid SNB practising certificate (preferred).
• Trained and competent in phlebotomy.
• Experience in healthcare, outpatient or health‑screening settings is an advantage.
• Warm, patient‑focused and service‑oriented with good communication and multitasking abilities.

What we offer

• Salary up to S$4,000 per month.
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and variable bonus.
• Regular 5.5‑day work week with training provided before the centre opens.
