About the role
The Patient Service Ambassador supports daily operations at Central Hospital, ensuring smooth patient flow and administrative efficiency. The position works two shifts – morning and afternoon – across five days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide registration support and manage patient queues.
- Assist with various administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate daily activities to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to work flexible morning and afternoon shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
