About the role
We are seeking a Patient Service Associate to work in our polyclinic locations across the East and North East regions of Singapore on a one‑year temporary contract. The associate will be the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, appointments and payments. The role is based on‑site and involves close collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.
Key responsibilities
- Register patients by entering their details into the system
- Schedule appointments efficiently for various services
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately
- Assist self‑service kiosks to guide patients
- Provide customer service support and address inquiries
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Required profile
- Minimum O Level qualification
- Fresh/entry level candidate
