About the role

Ultimate Performance (UP) is expanding its Singapore team and is looking for passionate personal trainers to deliver the world‑class UP Method. You will work directly with clients, using data‑driven training and nutrition plans to drive measurable transformation.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver world‑class personal training using the UP Method.
  • Coach a diverse client base, tracking progress with data‑driven metrics.
  • Provide tailored nutrition guidance and support beyond the training session.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and client safety.

Required profile

  • Hands‑on experience as a personal trainer.
  • Relevant personal training qualification (or equivalent).
  • Legal right to work in Singapore (permanent residency or citizenship).
  • Passion for transforming lives and a growth‑oriented mindset.
