Portfolio & Strategy Manager – Global Travel Retail (SEA)

About the role

The Portfolio & Strategy Manager (GTR SEA) will shape the direction of JTI’s product portfolio and pricing strategy across South‑East Asian travel retail markets. Working closely with the Portfolio & Strategy Lead Manager Asia TR, you will translate global travel retail goals into actionable product launches, portfolio optimisation and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the combustible and ready‑to‑drink (RRP) portfolio strategy for South‑Asia markets to boost profitability, volume and market share.
• Lead new product and brand launches from ideation through to sales, coordinating with HQ Brand Groups, R&D, GSC and market operations.
• Maintain accurate SKU data in forecasting systems and monitor portfolio performance.
• Develop trade, consumer, channel and distribution strategies, and manage pricing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Strategic Insights teams to align strategic plans and ensure execution excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product portfolio management, pricing strategy or commercial strategy within travel retail or related consumer goods sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify market white‑spots and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Results‑oriented, with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
