PR Consultant – Full‑time Hybrid Role in Singapore

About the role

SYNC PR Agency is seeking a PR Consultant to develop and execute public‑relations strategies for its small‑business clients. This full‑time hybrid position based in Singapore combines on‑site collaboration with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Plan campaigns, draft press materials, and coordinate outreach activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists and influencers, and pitch stories.
• Prepare press releases, media kits, and manage corporate communications.
• Advise clients on messaging, monitor coverage, and report on campaign performance.

Required profile

• Strong public‑relations and media‑relations experience, including relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Ability to craft clear, compelling PR content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in corporate communications and consistent brand messaging.
• Experience planning and executing PR campaigns with monitoring and optimisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines.
• Relevant agency or in‑house communications experience; small‑business or startup experience advantageous.
• Degree or diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field preferred.
