Pricing Analyst – Asia & Middle East Markets

About the role

The Pricing Analyst will drive contribution growth and network profitability across designated Asia and Middle East markets. Working with a data‑driven approach, the role develops pricing strategies, monitors market performance and partners with commercial teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set and optimise prices based on market demand, willingness to pay, competitive positioning and route performance.
• Analyse market share, fair share, rate evolution and product positioning to identify contribution improvement opportunities.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to sales, revenue management and market directors to influence commercial decisions.
• Support the development and implementation of pricing policies, other charges and market guidelines.
• Identify risks, opportunities and profitability levers through forecasting and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners such as interline partners and market intelligence providers.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation through automation and pricing tools.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear strategies and actionable plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with sales, customer service, revenue management and headquarters teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on governance, profitability discipline and strategic alignment.
