Process Engineering Manager (System Integration)

About the role

The Process Engineering Manager (System Integration) leads a team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and plants. This role ensures manufacturing excellence, meets customer demands, and drives strategic technology road‑mapping to keep the operation competitive.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee process engineering initiatives focused on cost‑saving opportunities, new product introductions (NPI), and expense tracking.
• Optimize equipment and processes for long‑term robustness, reliability, and productivity.
• Lead conceptual analysis of new capital projects while applying engineering standards and best practices.
• Motivate, develop, and mentor a world‑class processing team.
• Troubleshoot and direct repair activities for process equipment and systems as needed.
• Analyze quality issues, ensure compliance with customer quality expectations, and support continuous improvement.
• Participate in factory management policy formulation and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision, or Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in process management within a manufacturing assembly environment.
• Strategic, creative, and systemic thinking with proven ability to map technology road‑maps.
• Experience setting up complex systems and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.
