Process Technician – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

Pfizer is seeking a Process Technician to join its pharmaceutical manufacturing team. In this position you will operate both automatic and manual chemical process equipment, ensure compliance with GMP standards, and support uninterrupted production of life‑saving medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chemical process equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and clear equipment for maintenance, handle material receiving, staging, transfer, dispensing, sampling, and charging operations.
• Document all activities following cGMP and GxP requirements.
• Participate in quality and safety incident investigations and troubleshoot process deviations.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to maintain continuous manufacturing flow.
• Manage personal time, professional development, and deliver team results with moderate supervision.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SAP (System Application & Products).
• Ability to follow standard procedures and meet agreed timeframes.
